Job Description
The Roasting Supervisor is responsible for leading the daily roasting operations at Fratello Coffee
Roasters, ensuring coffee is roasted consistently, accurately, and in accordance with established quality, food safety, and production standards.
This role executes the roasting schedule as provided by the Product & Operations Manager and may roast regularly as needed, while maintaining primary accountability for training, roast consistency, quality assurance cupping, green coffee inventory support, green grading support, and cross-department collaboration. The Roasting Supervisor plays a critical role in protecting product quality, developing roasting talent, and ensuring operational continuity.
