Roads Engineer

Job Description:

• Implement and ensure the effectiveness of HIRA/IBPR (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) within the work environment in accordance with company safety standards and procedures.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor maintenance activities for infrastructure facilities, including roads, bridges, drainage systems, culverts, NF, MPP, and other supporting facilities.
• Ensure the availability and proper management of spare parts to support the operational readiness of heavy equipment, vehicles, generators, electrical installations, air conditioning systems, pump engines, and other small engine units.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all mechanical equipment, engine units, electrical systems, and air conditioning installations to maintain operational reliability.
