ROADM Process Technician

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall assembly process at Roadm product lines (ACD and NSD) from Fuzhou, as well as on the operation of the new Chemical Pretreatment Room.
• ​To assist engineers to maintain process and quality standard, procedures and control plan 
• ​To assist engineers in engineering builds, activities and data collection.  
• ​Monitoring line processes, improving quality and updating process instructions and documentation 
• ​Support in assembly manufacturing documentation like Process specifications, visual aids, manufacturing routes and work instructions 
• ​To provide the necessary engineering support and coordination of pilot build to ensure that new assemblies are completed on time and with minimum resources.  
• ​Identify and quantifies quality problems with materials and / or processes and provide solutions
