If you believe nights and weekends are for your family and friends, and not spent working, then have we got a job for you. Community Connections Inc. is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our Day Center team based in Yarmouth, MA on a relief basis. In this role you will support individuals with disabilities by overseeing all health-care services provided to consumers, providing direct care and in-service training in relevant medical and health-related issues, and coordinating medical services with each consumer’s primary physician or medical clinic. We are looking a Registered Nurse with a commitment to care, integrity and serving the community.

What You'll Do as a Registered Nurse:

  • Dispense and document consumer medications 
  • Participate in individual case record reviews on all consumers’ with program’s team
  • Conduct medication reviews regularly
