PCU Registered Nurse - Night Shift
This is a 13-week contract position.
Night shift, 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:30)
We are seeking a skilled PCU Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will hold an active AK RN license and will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in a stepdown unit from ICU, catering to a diverse range of patient populations with various medical needs.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding discharge plans and care instructions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams as part of the Co-Care/Virtual Nursing Model.
- Utilize Epic for patient charting and documentation.
