Summary:
**Nurse Coordinator, Home Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition**
The Nurse Coordinator supports the UNC Home Parenteral Nutrition (HPN) and Enteral Nutrition (EN) programs by coordinating care for patients receiving nutrition support therapy. This role is responsible for outpatient triage, patient education, and support of inpatient transition to home TPN/EN, with a strong focus on patient safety, CLABSI prevention, and optimization of nutrition therapy.
The ideal candidate will have experience in triage nursing, central line care, and patient education, and will be able to assess both the physical and psychosocial readiness of patients for home TPN/EN.
