Registered Nurse (RN)

Dublin Post Acute is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team on both Day and Night Shifts. If you are passionate about providing exceptional resident care and want to work with a supportive team, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes promptly
• Supervise and support LPNs and STNAs/CNAs
• Maintain accurate documentation and resident records
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure compliance with all facility, state, and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Current Ohio RN License in good standing
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
