Job Description:

Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit responsible for providing critical care to neonates, including Level III or IV care for critical newborns. The role involves managing ventilated patients, administering RAM CPAP, and potentially high flow lines, with assignments varying depending on patient acuity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 care for critical neonates, 1:2 for intensive care, and 1:3-4 for grower/feeders.
• Assist with ventilators, RAM CPAP, and possibly high flow lines.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment with up to 5 admissions per day.
• Possibility of floating to MB, Peds, or Elmhurst Special Care Nursery.
