Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our NICU team. This role involves providing essential care for newborns in the neonatal intensive care unit while also offering flexibility to assist in the OB units as needed due to staffing shortages. Our ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, be adaptable, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates, including monitoring vitals and administering medications. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Assist in the OB units as required, ensuring patient care is prioritized across departments. Participate in discharge planning and patient education.
