Travel RN - Med Surg 2S - Stroke Unit
This is a 13-week contract position.
Night shift: 6 PM - 6 AM
The Travel RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a Med Surg 2S Stroke Unit. This includes managing patient assessments, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans for stroke patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Stroke Unit.
- Conduct assessments and monitor patient status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare teams regarding patient care.
- Document all patient care activities accurately and timely.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Active Florida state or multistate nursing license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- NIHSS certification.
