Job Summary:

Provides core content instruction and education to students based on the curriculum.in compliance with local, state, and national education standards. Works with the Coordinator and others to maximize academic achievement, retention, certification, graduation and placement outcomes. Works collaboratively to plan and implement clinical learning experiences.

Position Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver dynamic, effective, and engaging education according to the specified Medical Assistant curriculum required. Observes actions during practice, provide positive or corrective feedback, and guide toward the acquisition of skills.

Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure mastery of the curriculum. Tests for competency and provides remediation as necessary.
