POSITION SUMMARY

The Residential 3.7 (Wolfpack) Nurse works with highly vulnerable patients in our 3.7 residential level of care (Wolfpack Program). The Wolfpack Nurse provides direct care to patients with substance use disorders who also have significant medical or psychiatric conditions. Specific duties include daily check-ins, lab draws, administering injections (such as LAI buprenorphine and LAI psychiatric medications) and care coordination with both internal and external treatment teams, including primary care, specialty medical care, and social service supports.
