Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for adult medical-surgical patients.

Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and response to treatments.

Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments according to physician orders.

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Develop and update individualized patient care plans.

Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, procedures, and discharge instructions.

Maintain accurate electronic medical records and nursing documentation.

Respond to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions.
