**Critical Care Unit**
**3 Night shifts per week 7p-7a**

**Critical Care Unit**
**Patient Population:** Ventilators, Central Line/Aline Management, CRRT/Dialysis, Critical Drips, Post Cath Procedures, STEMI, Balloon Pumps, Neuro/Stroke, tPA, Unstable Post-Surgical, Impella, PCU/Tele/Med-Surg Downgrades
**Patient Ratios:** 1:2-3
**Number of Beds:** 16 beds
**Experience:** 2 years of recent ICU experience; BSN
**Department Specifics:** Family and teamwork oriented. Patient/Staff safety is our top priority. Active Unit Based Council
