Hourly Pay Range:
$38.16 - $59.15 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

The RN Case Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective coordination of patient care. This position involves working closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to assess, plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate the healthcare services provided to patients. The RN Case Manager helps optimize patient outcomes, improve resource utilization, and enhance the overall quality of care.
What you will do:

Position Highlights:
- Position: RN Case Manager
- Location: Elmhurst, IL
- Full Time: 40 hours per week
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00a-4:30p, every 5th-6th weekend rotation with rotating holidays
- Required Travel: Edward Hospital occasionally
