**Position: Registered Nurse, Case Manager**
**Pay: $2,812/Week**
**Hours: 40**
**Shift: Day Shift**
**Location: Dedham , MA**
Is the hourly schedule 8-5PM? 40 Hours/Week **Yes, can be less if needed.**
Additional Info:
Will they be working out of the Roslindale location and is there floating to the Dedham location? **They will be working OUT of Dedham location, #29 Newbridge Way, but will be covering Brookline, Boston area. Hopefully you are aware (and if you are not hope this infio helps), that this is a Routine Hospice at Home position. This person will be mostly making visits in patient's homes to provide hospice care.**
How many Cases/Day should they expect? **3-5**
Are they using Meditech EMR? **Using Meditech at Home EMR**
