**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As our **Cardiovascular Surgery Registered Nurse** (RN), you will help Cardio Vascular patients receive critical scrubbing and circulating assistance during complex open heart procedures so they can achieve successful surgical outcomes and recovery.
Every day you will be intimately involved with the processes of the Open Heart suite, working closely with anesthesia services, cardiac surgeons, perfusionists, nurse practitioners, and support services. You will be expected to provide and supervise holistic patient care based on the nursing process, ensuring professional leadership and continuous personal development.
To be successful in this role you must be a highly skilled professional with expertise in open heart surgical nursing, demonstrate exceptional teamwork and communication within a multidisciplinary team, and maintain a commitment to professional development in a high-acuity environment.
