Join Guthrie Corning Hospital’s Float Pool as a Registered Nurse, where flexibility meets stability - $30,000 Sign-On Bonus! Our Float Pool nurses provide essential care across various units, adapting to patient needs while enjoying a dynamic work environment. You’ll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care, ensuring seamless transitions between teams and shifts.

Schedule:

  • Night / Days Rotating Shift: Three 12-hour shifts on either 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM. This shift also can be rotated to Day Shift (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) if needed (but will be primarily on nights). Scheduling adjustments will be made to avoid opposite shifts being too close together whenever possible.
  • Weekend Rotation: Yes
