RMA Specialist

Job Summary

The RMA Specialist will carry out daily Return Material Authorization (RMA) operations across all pods in the Philippines. This role ensures smooth execution of processes, adherence to quality standards, and timely resolution of customer returns. The ideal candidate will have strong operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely response to all RMA enquiries
• Drive end-to-end RMA operations across multiple pods, ensuring timely movement of units through the RMA process
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and customer requirements
• Collaborate with Failure Analysis (FA), Customer Failure Analysis (CFA), repair, and rework teams to ensure seamless process flow
