Job Purpose

As an RMA Service Operator, you'll support the complete return and repair process for technology products. You'll work closely with customers, vendors, and colleagues to ensure products are processed, repaired, and returned efficiently while supporting day-to-day warehouse operations.

What You'll Do

  • Process RMA and repair requests from start to finish.
  • Verify warranty status and obtain vendor approvals.
  • Coordinate repairs and communicate quotes to customers.
  • Track RMA cases and maintain accurate records.
