RMA Process Technician

Collection and incoming inspection/verification of RMA returned parts – visual, functional check using test bench (if applicable).

RMA fulfilment in coordination with CS, Buyers and Planners.

Raising of eNPR (standard parts) or manpower requisition (AEM in-house assembly parts) and follow-up for the FA and repair.

Transferring of repaired/NTF or supplier replacements to RMA pool.

Perform RMA parts outgoing inspection.

Back-up for RMA status and indices timely (weekly or monthly) reporting

Prerequisites (Qualifications and Experience):

Education: Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, or related technical field.

Experience: 2+ years in repair operations, failure analysis, or tool maintenance, preferably within an automation manufacturing.

Technical Proficiency: Strong diagnostics and repair background, comfortable with reading schematics, mechanical drawings.
