RMA Process Technician

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Collection and incoming inspection/verification of RMA returned parts – visual, functional check using test bench (if applicable).
2. RMA fulfilment in coordination with CS, Buyers and Planners.
3. Raising of eNPR (standard parts) or manpower requisition (AEM in-house assembly parts) and follow-up for the FA and repair.
4. Transferring of repaired/NTF or supplier replacements to RMA pool.
5. Perform RMA parts outgoing inspection.
6. Back-up for RMA status and indices timely (weekly or monthly) reporting

Prerequisites (Qualifications and Experience):

• Education: Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, or related technical field.
• Experience: 2+ years in repair operations, failure analysis, or tool maintenance, preferably within an automation manufacturing.
