This role is critical to maintaining the integrity of our payment infrastructure and ensuring positive client experiences. You'll work at the intersection of fraud risk management and customer service, conducting complex investigations, making precise risk decisions based on your depth of understanding of fraud typologies, and regularly identify methods of improving our systems and processes.
