Risk Manager/Responsable des Risques

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategically minded Risk Manager to lead risk management and compliance with our infrastructure projects within the Public-Private Partnership (P3) environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our projects Proactively are adhering to legal and contractual obligations while fostering internal and external relationships that enable collaborative issue resolution leading to improved compliance in the contract and building strong relationships with the stakeholders. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong leadership presence, exceptional analytical capabilities, and demonstrated success in building compliance frameworks within large-scale service or infrastructure environments.
