Risk Engineer (Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane/Adelaide)

As a Risk Engineer at Aon, you’ll work at the intersection of engineering, finance, and risk. This is a truly diverse role: you will move between boardrooms and industrial facilities, visiting sites across Australia. No two days look the same — one day you may be surveying a mine or a manufacturing plant, and the next you may be modelling business interruption exposures for an ASX‑listed client.

In this role, you will have considerable independence and be trusted to manage your own schedule. You will work directly with client partners and offer objective advice that influences major insurance and risk funding decisions. You will develop a deep understanding of how engineering risk translates into financial impact, becoming a key Advisor in supporting clients’ insurance placement strategies and internal risk management programs.
