Risk Control and Payment Specialist

• Analyze player betting activity and apply proper customer profiling/segmentation

• Review risk report on a daily basis. Identify potential candidates' unprofitable betting behavior and take appropriate measures to mitigate risk

• Thoroughly checks the bonuses and or other types of promotions are given to players in the right manner.

• Coordinate with the payment team regarding the approval and rejection of financial transaction requests based on players' overall profiles.

• Responds to internal and external queries regarding player risk management

• Perform other risk management ad-hock task



Job Requirements:



• College Graduate (Preferred but not required)

• Payments, Bank, and/or finance industries related to work experience (Preferred but not required)

• Knowledge of any sports like basketball and football (preferred)

• Strong Analytical, problem-solving and time management skills.
