Job Description
- Ensure program/project portfolio is continuously aligned to the strategic direction of the organisation.
- Develop and operationalize processes, controls and governance around program/project delivery, giving focus to ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
- Ensuring timely reporting on risk and compliance escalation matters to the relevant Board.
- Proactively reviewing risks and appropriate mitigations to address control weaknesses, as well as any compliance matters with all functional leads.
- Engage in the planning, development, and implementation of risk management strategies, policies, frameworks and methodologies and to ensure that risks undertaken are within the Risk Appetite as approved by the Board.
- Directing the organisation's risk management, control, and governance efforts to identify and manage risks.
