Your role

You'll be a part of our Finance team based either Sydney or Melbourne. You'll work alongside the Office of General Counsel (OGC) providing governance, risk and compliance leadership, partnering with senior stakeholders to strengthen the firm's risk framework and culture.
As a Risk and Compliance Manager you will also:
Identify risk and compliance issues across the firm and associated businesses, and coordinate best‑practice responses aligned to the firm’s risk framework.
Review and refine the firm’s risk and compliance framework to ensure consistent guidelines for identifying risks and principles to mitigate them.
