_We’re looking for a_ **_Risk and Controls Analyst_** _to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to perform analytical document review, ensure business controls are in place and achieving targets along with some transactional processing for the international business._
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Conduct risk and control reviews to ensure compliance programs and operational controls are effective and aligned with regulatory requirements.
+ Monitor operational processes, identify potential risks or compliance gaps, and support the implementation of corrective action plans.
