Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and review customer accounts, investigating activities and patterns to identify potential fraud.
Analyze players' betting behaviors and patterns for suspicious activity.
Investigate and take appropriate action on fraud-impacting activities, including bonus and promotion abuse.
Escalate complex or unresolved fraud situations to managers and assist in handling intricate fraud cases.
Conduct weekly checks of top winning accounts to identify possible links with other groups or users.
Examine observed groups for related accounts or activity.
Cross-reference account activity against a list of suspicious/dodgy matches for linked beha...
