Risk Advisor

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Commercial team at Marsh Risk. This role will be based in Auckland, NZ. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Service a client portfolio of predominantly NZ‑owned businesses, meeting growth targets and service standards.
• Prepare all necessary documentation for clients and insurers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage client renewals in line with Marsh’s Client First Principles to deliver consistent quality service.
• Attend industry and client events to build a strong professional network and represent the company effectively.
• Collaborate with Client Executives to understand clients' business, risk management, and insurance needs.
• Implement renewal and broking strategies as directed by Client Executives.
