R.I.S.E Program – Work

Program Overview

The R.I.S.E (Ready · Industry · Skills · Employability) Program is a Kuala Lumpur–based work-and-study initiative designed for individuals who are unable to pursue full-time education due to time, financial, or academic constraints.

Participants will work while studying, gain real workplace experience, and obtain a recognized certificate upon completion of the 12-month program.

How the Program Works

• Full-time employment with structured on-the-job training
• Continuous learning alongside work (not full-time classroom study)
• One-year contract with certificate awarded upon successful completion
