Become a vital part of RioCan as an Administrative Assistant at our Durham Centre in Ajax. This position emphasizes administrative support and excellent service to visitors and tenants.

Directly reporting to the Regional Director of Operations – East GTA team, your duties will span greeting guests, phone management, and scheduling. You'll maintain up-to-date tenant and contractor databases while ensuring a welcoming office environment. Strong communication and organizational skills are paramount for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Property Management team
• Serve as the first point of contact for office visitors
• Schedule meetings and manage phone communications
• Update tenant and contractor information efficiently
