RIM Service Desk (Global Enterprise Support) - Automatic Infotech

Location: Pune

Experience: Freshers or 0–1 year

Shift: 24x7 Rotational

Education & Certifications:

Bachelor's in Computer Science / IT / ENTC

Must have or complete in 6 months:

ITIL v4 Foundation

Microsoft Certified Fundamentals (MS-900 / AZ-900)

CompTIA A+ / N+

Basic certifications in Windows, O365, or Network Support

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of Windows, AD, O365, VPN, and networking

Basic understanding of ITIL processes

ITSM tool experience is a plus
