As a Rigging Supervisor, you'll oversee rig creation for characters and props, ensuring they meet animation performance goals. You'll partner with cross-disciplinary teams, including Animation, Modeling, and Technical Directors, to refine workflows and troubleshoot rigging challenges. This role balances technical expertise and leadership in a creative setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise rig development for characters, creatures, and props
• Collaborate with cross-department teams for effective rig design
• Provide feedback on rig usability and quality
• Enhance rigging workflows with Technical Supervisors
• Mentor rigging artists and support team culture
Requirements:
• 5+ years in rigging or technical roles
• Expertise in Maya and character rigging
