Responsibilities

  1. 1. Rider Communication: Provide clear, friendly, and professional communication with riders, addressing their questions, concerns, and service-related issues.
  2. 2. In-Office Availability: Commit to working on-site in the office, Monday to Saturday, with the possibility of shift adjustments based on operational needs.
  3. 3. Data Management: Basic proficiency in Excel and the ability to follow provided templates for accurate data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
  4. 4. Following Scripts: Strictly adhere to provided scripts and communication guidelines to ensure consistent, effective, and clear responses to riders.
  5. 5. Issue Resolution & Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with riders regarding service requests, ensuring that issues are resolved and riders’ concerns are fully addressed. Ensure that all open cases are closed to the rider’s satisfaction and in a timely manner.
