Oversee engineering and maintenance functions at La Rocca in Richmond Hill. This strategic role focuses on innovation, project management, and enhancing operational efficiency.
Reporting to the VP of Strategic Initiative and Product Development, the Engineering Director will spearhead engineering and reliability efforts, championing continuous improvement within the facility. The successful candidate will leverage extensive project management experience and engineering knowledge to develop cost-effective solutions and maintain high safety standards.
