Job Description

RFIC Design Engineer Chipright seeks a highly motivated and experienced RFIC Design engineers to work in designing our customers latest products.
  • Minimum requirements for this role are an Engineering, Physics or other related discipline with strong emphasis on electronics plus 5 years’ experience in RF/mmWave IC Design or PhD with 3 years’ experience
  • Experience working on CMOS/ BiCMOS technology ranging from nodes 180nm to 28nm
  • Experience Designing circuits such as LNAs, Phase Shifters, PAs, PLLS
  • Experience using Cadence tools
  • Experience working on millimeter-wave design and Frequencies between 1 - 30GHz
  • Experience in Cadence analog design/layout flow and spice/spectre simulations
    Experience with Design Rule Checking (DRC) and all aspects of Physical Verification
    Fluency in English
  • Already has an EU work permit, and is capable of permanently relocating to Greece
