RF Validation Lead

A multi-national communications company based in Reading is seeking a Lead RF Validation Engineer to join their growing team.

As a Lead RF Validation Engineer you will have a number of responsibilities that include;

RF IC Chip characterisation and review

Propose and define new RF solutions

Solve any board-related RF issues

Test documentation and document management

Review hardware designs and work as part of new chip bring-up

Test automation in Python

To be considered for the Lead RF Validation Engineer vacancy you must have:

Minimum 10+ years industry experience in a relevant position

A good understanding of RF characterisation/validation, simulation and testing

Understanding of LTE and system blocks

Strong python experience for automating tests and equipment (C++ is also highly advantageous) 

Good knowledge of RF/HW schematics.
