Senior RF Systems Architect – Cambridge (Permanent)

We’re recruiting for a hands-on Senior RF Systems Architect for a fast-paced semiconductor / RF technology business in Cambridge . They’re stealthy about who they are, but the work is high-impact and technology first.

The Role

You will:
  • Own how complex RF systems are architected from requirements through to validation.
  • Define simulation coverage, measurement plans and corner-case verification in RF system design.
  • Lead technical reviews and drive the resolution of problems (no hand-holding).
  • Be accountable for system-level behaviour across RF front ends – driving performance, testability and delivery.
