RF Process Integration Lead — Semiconductor Innovation

GlobalFoundries Singapore seeks a Process Integration Lead to drive development, optimization and qualification of RF semiconductor devices, ensuring performance, manufacturability, yield and reliability targets are met.

You will design and execute DOE studies, collaborate with module, device, yield, reliability and manufacturing teams, and lead complex technical problems with data-driven solutions. Mentoring junior engineers and defining design rules are also key parts of the role.
