**Description:**
You will be the RF Engineer Sr, Datalinks - Level 3 for the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) Hardware Team which is responsible for supporting Communication, Navigation and Identification (CNI) systems on F‑16 aircraft.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the RF Engineer Sr, Datalinks - Level 3 you will be responsible for leading the design, integration, and production of Datalinks subsystems that keep F‑16s connected and mission‑ready.

+ Support design, development, integration, test, and production of Datalinks subsystems for F‑16 programs.
+ Interface directly with external suppliers and customers to ensure seamless subsystem delivery.
+ Provide technical leadership to resolve all issues encountered in the F‑16 Datalinks subsystem.
+ Develop and maintain subsystem specifications, test methods, and documentation.
+ Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative, results‑focused team environment.
