RF Engineer

We are hiring for one of our telecom clients, a leading organisation managing large-scale mobile networks, seeking experienced RF Engineers to optimise network performance and stability.

Job Description ;

• Analyse and resolve network issues to improve KPIs and ensure network stability

• Perform RF optimisation for GSM, UMTS, and LTE (VoLTE) networks

• Conduct event-based network optimisation and performance assurance

• Utilise BO/BI, MO Shell, and ENM tools for analysis and reporting

• Implement action plans to enhance coverage, capacity, and overall network quality

Qualifications & Requirements ;

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Telecommunication Engineering

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in RF optimisation

• Strong knowledge of Ericsson parameters, KPI formulas, and network functionalities
