Description

Customers expect our networks to perform at a high level all the time. With the exponentially increasing network usage for both Mobility and FWA the RF team is responsible for modernizing and growing the network to maintain optimum service for our customers efficiently and reliably. Thats where you come in. You will be responsible for improving network performance by completing RF designs for the regional network with emphasis on traffic analysis analyzing network performance antenna/RF path theory and using wireless networks design and optimization platforms. The work youll be doing will directly impact customer satisfaction and help keep us ahead of the competition. Design responsibilities for 4G and 5G Macro/Small Cells:

- Designing and planning the Radio Frequency Network for LTE and 5G which includes RF analysis for Macro and Small Cells.
