Drive impactful space planning initiatives at Rexall Pharmacy as a Micro Space Planner. This role combines analytics and creative solutions to optimize in-store planograms and enhance customer experiences.
Reporting to the Manager of CKB Database & Micro Space, the Micro Space Planner is vital in executing and managing category planograms. You will conduct quality audits, run analytics, and lead discussions for effective store layouts, supporting the broader business through community-focused projects and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities: • Create and manage planogram schedules effectively • Lead discussions in planning meetings with cross-functional teams • Develop kick-off letters outlining vendor expectations • Analyze planogram compliance and manage merchandising accuracy • Prepare quality control audits on drawings submitted
