For our client - a US-based consulting firm that is part of an organization that is a global leader in risk, strategy and people - we are seeking candidates for the position of Reward Specialist.

In this role, you will provide consulting services to a range of clients on Benefits & Compensation topics. You will act as an advisor on Benefits & Compensation policies, creating pay scales, preparing market benchmarks or developing a selection of benefits that will attract and retain their employees.


The role is tentatively planned for 12 months, but with the potential to be extended permanently.

  • Knowledge in HR and specialized knowledge within the field of rewards and job structures
