The Reward Business Partner for Latam is an essential position in our HR function, central to aligning reward strategies with business objectives within a FTSE 30 Consumer Goods company.

Supporting a Senior Reward Business Partner, the role shapes, influences and delivers a compelling total reward strategy that supports business priorities, talent outcomes and organisational performance, balancing global frameworks with localised requirements. The role is required to interpret and assess customer needs, identify trends, generate original ideas and test innovative solutions within overall frameworks, policy and strategy. This role acts as an advisor to HR and business leadership on compensation, benefits, talent acceleration and reward governance.

The role is based in Sao Paulo, with a reporting line into the Senior Reward Business Partner based in Costa Rica. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
