Job Description
Role purpose:
The Reward Analyst will provide day-to-day operational support across compensation and benefits, delivering accurate data, analysis, and administration. They will play a key role in modelling, scenario analysis, and the governance of UK benefits, as well as supporting the potential future expansion of benefits administration into additional countries.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality reward data analysis, modelling, and reporting to support business decision-making.Manage day-to-day administration of UK benefits (pensions, healthcare, life assurance) ensuring compliance and accuracy.Provide first-line resolution for reward-related queries, escalating complex cases to the Reward Operations Manager.Support cyclical reward activities (TGBS, Annual Compensation Review) and ad-hoc modelling requests.Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Finance to ensure accurate processing of compensation and benefits...
