Job Description
Create and modify detailed 3D piping models using Autodesk Revit
Develop shop drawings, layout drawings, and isometrics for piping systems
Model piping systems including process, utility, HVAC, plumbing, or fire protection (as applicable)
Coordinate models with other disciplines (structural, architectural, electrical, HVAC)
Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar tools
Ensure models comply with project specifications, codes, and standards
Extract BOQs, pipe schedules, and material take-offs from Revit models
Incorporate redlines, markups, and design changes accurately and efficiently
Maintain proper Revit families, templates, and project standards
