Job Description
We are looking for a Review Generation Specialist to help manage and grow our clients’ online reputation through genuine customer reviews on platforms such as Google, Trustpilot, Clutch, Facebook, and other relevant review sites.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to real customers, sending review requests, monitoring responses, tracking review performance, and supporting reputation management campaigns. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of ethical review collection practices.
This position does not involve creating fake accounts, posting fake reviews, or offering incentives in exchange for reviews. All review generation activities must follow platform guidelines and be based on real customer experiences.
